The Flexibility & Core Program was created by Dr. Anthony Winn, founder of PT² and The Weighting Room.
Dr. Winn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in Austin, TX. His approach blends clinical precision with performance training - helping people move better, lift smarter, and stay consistent long-term.
This program reflects the same principles he uses daily for both his patients and his clients.
